Position Description

The Team Member Relations Specialist will play a major role in our hiring process. This position will work closely with our managers to create new job openings and determine appropriate compensation levels. This position is responsible for recruiting and screening job applicants, as well as assisting with the interview process and placing team members. This position will handle team member relations, including internal HR projects.
